Design Thinking Bootcamps
For leaders at the d.school

I led multiple Design Thinking Bootcamps at Stanford d.school, teaching students, alumni, and professionals how to apply creative, design-driven approaches to problem-solving and leadership. These intensive workshops introduced participants to the core mindsets and methodologies of design thinking, equipping them with tools to drive innovation in their organizations.
Each bootcamp condensed the design process into a hands-on, two-hour immersive experience, allowing participants to rapidly prototype and test ideas. To make the learning tangible, we developed a structured workbook that guided students through the design process in pairs. Using an everyday challenge—redesigning morning rituals—we helped them practice design muscles outside their organizational context, enabling them to draw analogies and inspiration for their own leadership challenges.
Through a mix of facilitation, coaching, and hands-on experimentation, these workshops empowered emerging leaders to think more creatively, collaborate effectively, and apply human-centered design principles to their work.
