YouTube UX Team Talk

In 2019, I was invited by YouTube’s UX team to lead a session as part of their Lunch Speaker Series. The room was filled with an engaged audience eager to explore new ways to shape workplace culture.

We led interactive exercises that encouraged designers to reflect on their core values and brainstorm future culture experiments. Through rapid ideation and sketching, the team surfaced fresh ideas on how to foster collaboration, creativity, and meaningful team interactions—showing how small, intentional design choices can shape a thriving work environment.
